DIGITAL COMMISSIONS

Payment

-An invoice will be sent to the supplied email via paypal

-Once payment is made in full and processed by paypal, I will begin the commission if there are no other commissions that are ahead of it

Refunds

-Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis
-Partial refund may be granted if the piece has been started but not completed
-Full refunds will only be considered for pieces that have not been started
-If a piece is sufficiently completed, no refund will be given for any reason

Right of refusal

-I reserve the right to refuse or terminate any commission at any time at my own discretion

-If payment has already been processed for a commission that needs to be terminated, a refund in part or in full will be issued based on how much work has been put into the piece
-If a payment has been made and a piece has been worked on to any tier lower than paid for, a partial refund and the lower tier art may be granted in place of a full termination at my discretion

Cancelling Commission

-If a commission is cancelled, you may be granted a full or partial refund at my discretion
-If art has had progress made on it when the commission is cancelled, a partial refund may be granted along with what is done of the commission

References

-All references needed for the commission must be given before the piece is started
-References will not be accepted as a .zip or similar format that needs to be downloaded and opened
-References must be clear to me and of a decent resolution

-Please make specific notation of any minor details that could be overlooked
-If a pose reference isn’t supplied and noted, a pose will be generated for you at no additional cost

Copyright & Uploading

-All parties involved retain the rights to their characters
-I retain the rights to any of the ‘in progress’ art, and may be streamed, uploaded, or otherwise used on my social media
-The finished piece may be used by me for promotional purposes
-While I retain the copyright of the finished work, it may be used on websites, in bios, as avatars, ect. Just please give credit in a description box
-Art may not be used for commercial purposes
-Commercial art will require an additional fee
-Please let me know if this is a gift and should not be uploaded until given to the person the commission is purchased for
-Private art that is requested by the client to not be shared or uploaded will incur an additional fee as I use my art to promote myself

Edits

-Minor edits that don’t require editing of the line art may be requested
-Major edits may require an additional fee
-The difference between a major and a minor edit will be determined by me based on the work that goes into the edit
